How does ordering work?
All ordering is done online through our e-commerce. Once you have placed and order and finalized payment you will receive immediately a confirmation email from the bank with your payment confirmation ticket. This order will then be processed within 24 to 48 hours and items will be shipped to the shipping address you provided. Please refer to our « Return and Delivery » section for more informations.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please refer to your order confirmation email and request an exchange or cancellation. You can also send a direct email to email@example.com and make sure to include in the email title “Exchange Product” or “Cancel product” and your order number. You have 24 hours to cancel an order. After that you will need to wait to receive the product and return it. Exchanges are accepted only for size exchanges. If you want to exchange for a different product then you need to return your order and place a new order. Please note that all lingerie, swimwear and bodysuit items are final sale and cannot be exchanged nor returned.

What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on “Track It” and see the status of your delivery. Otherwise, you can reach out to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org anytime and we can provide an update.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Contact us right away at email@example.com include in the email title “DAMAGED Product” and your order number; also make sure to include pictures of the damaged area(s). We will revise and advise within 24-48hrs. If product is damaged, we will send you a shipping label and will exchange the product.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Prices on the site do not include taxes or duties. If you are shipping to the USA, sales tax will be charged to you at customs control. We are not responsible for the taxes and customs costs set by the country you are shipping to. This costs are fully at your own charge.
The item I want says it’s “Out of Stock.” When will it become available again?
If an item is “Out of Stock” it means that we are completely sold out. There is a wish list icon on each product page. Click on this and fill out the information needed and we will inform you if this product comes back in stock.
FIT AND SIZING
How do I know which size will fit me best?

What size do I order if the measurements on the product pages are different than those in the size guide?
The measurements in our size guide represent our general brand sizing. If you see measurements in the product page that are different, you should order your size based off of those measurements to ensure the best fit.
What does Sale mean?
All items marked on sale have been reduced from the original price and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you send an “on sale” item back to us for a return we will not process a return.
